There are several activities which the Volunteers perform on a routine basis. During 2013 the Volunteers delivered 2,799 pieces of mail and delivered 1,235 flowers. During 2013 a final payment of $50,000.00 was made on their $225,000 pledge which was made in 2010; the plan was to make the full contribution throughout three years but the Auxiliary was able to finalize their pledge in only 25 months. They also funded the beautiful Baby Grand Player Piano located in the hospital lobby.
At the brunch a check for $15,000 toward a new pledge of $80,000.00 for hospital equipment was presented to Mike Warren and Bruce Flanigan by Bob Brown, Auxiliary President and Judy Swinson, Director of Volunteers.
