To qualify for Rehabilitation Services, each patient must ...
- Be medically stable
- Be able to tolerate a minimum of 3 hours of combined therapy daily
- Be motivated and willing to participate in the program
- Be sufficiently alert to follow directions and understand the program objectives
- Have a Rehabilitation diagnosis (see below)
- Require the services of two or more therapies
Any one of the following is an acceptable Rehabilitation diagnosis:
- Stroke
- Spinal Cord Injury
- Fracture of Femur
- Amputation
- Major Multiple Trauma
- Brain Injury (level V and above)
- Polyarthritis (Total Joint Replacements / Rheumatoil Arthritis)
- Neuro-Disoryders (M.S., M.D., Parkinsons, Polyneuropathy)
