 Hospice

Hospice is a special way of caring for people with limited life expectancy.  Our Hospice program provides all services necessary to help patients function to their capacity without isolation from their accustomed surroundings.  Emphasis is always on improving the quality of life through symptom management, including relief from emotional as well as physical pain.

In the Bereavement Program, our Hospice Staff continues to provide supportive services to survivors for one full year after the patient has passed away.  Bereavement services include telephone calls, visits, letters, support group meetings, individual and group counseling.  By respecting individual differences and cultural influences on grieving, our team promotes a positive expression of grief consistent with social and religious expectations.

For referral information about our Hospice Program, call toll-free:  (877) 991-4663.
