“Connections” is an outreach program designed for men and women 55 and older.  Connections promotes physical, emotional, and spiritual wellness through many activities, events and membership benefits.  Membership is free. Members receive:  Early invites to screenings, health fairs and other SMGSI events; invites to quarterly social events sponsored by our auxiliary, Connections E-Newsletter, early heads up on hospital news and info, Monthly mailings on upcoming events, and monthly wellness and health education sessions, and free “Connections” gear.

Also, join us for low-impact yoga on Friday mornings from 10:30 -11:30 at the Rolland Lewis Community Building, Mt. Vernon City Park.  This program is also offered free of charge.
