These classes meet on 3 consecutive Monday nights from 6-9pm in the OB Classroom of the Mt. Vernon Campus. 

This class is offered to expecting mothers and their coaches.  During this class, you will learn what to expect while in the later stages of your pregnancy, what to expect when you come to the hospital, what to expect during labor and in the post-partum period. You will also learn about comfort measures and medications that you might receive while in the OB unit. You will also learn about the care that will be given to your newborn and the basics of newborn care (bathing, diapering, temperature taking and swaddling).
